If it isn't what you expected, or doesn't work the way it should, just send it back to us within 30 days (in a saleable, unwashed condition). Return shipping is the customer's repsonsibility. However, if you've kept the original mailing package, you can often just pack it up again and mark it "Return to Sender". Then you won't even need to add any postage - just drop it in your local mail box. Please remember to include your receipt and a note telling us if you would prefer an exchange or a complete refund.
