How to use your
Heart-to-Heart baby sling
To begin, ensure the tail passes through both rings from the back, then slip the tail over the top ring and through the bottom ring, pulling it to the position you need.
The Heart-to-Heart baby sling can be worn on either shoulder. Put one arm through the sling, slip it over your head so the shoulder pad rests on the ball of your shoulder.
The unique split-tail design allows you to snug you baby close to your centre of gravity, making your baby feels up to 25% lighter.

All orders are shipped out by Canada Post and US orders are delivered by the US Post Office.
CANADIAN ORDERS: Expedited delivery takes about 1-7 business days. XpressPost delivery takes about 1-2 business days.
US ORDERS - continental US only: XpressPost delivery takes about 3-5 business days. Airmail delivery takes about 4-10 business days. Surface delivery takes about 6-12 business days.
For orders shipped outside of North America: Average Airmail delivery time is 3-12 weeks, but delivery will depend on the country you reside in. We no longer offer surface delivery, as it can take up to six months to arrive!
