1. Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, US I-Check, PayPal, X-com cheques, personal cheques and money orders. Sorry, we are unable to accept C.O.D. orders.
All credit card and Paypal payments are processed over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), with 40 bit encription. All cheque and money orders will be held until payment is received.

2. Sales Tax
The only tax we are currently collecting is the Ontario Provincial Sales Tax (PST) - from our Ontario customers only. Diapers, covers, clothing, books and shoes are PST-exempt.
For our Ontario customers, shipping and all other items are taxed at 8%.
For all of you lucky Canadian, we are not charging the 7% GST (Canadian Federal Tax) for all of 2000!
All U.S. and overseas order are tax-free!

3. Invoices
You will receive an itemized invoice with every order. If you have paid by credit card, a copy of your credit card receipt will be stapled to your invoice.
There will be no additional invoices sent with your back-orders.
Please keep your invoice on file. It has important information should you have to return a product.
