1. How do I return an item?
No Postage Return Method: If you've kept the original shipping package, you can just slip the unwanted product(s) back inside, cross out your address and mark the parcel "Return to Sender". Then seal it up and drop in your local mail box - you don't even need to add postage. Please remember to include a copy of your invoice and a note telling us if you would prefer an exchange or a complete refund, and any other questions or concerns you have about this product.

2. How do I order?
Next to, or below, each product price there is a button or text link to click on. Most buttons say "Add to Order". For sized items, you click on the size you wish to order.
For Sample Packs and other charts, simply fill in the quantity on the items you want, and scroll down to the "Add to Order" or "Add to Sample Pack" button, and click!
To order more than one of a particular product, simply change the quantity in the shopping cart, scroll down to "Recalculate", and click.

3. How much is shipping?
Shipping within Canada is at the actual cost to ship, to a maximum flat rate of $6.95. Your final ship cost will be included in your emailed order confirmation.
Each order is weighed prior to shipping, and the total amount will be charged. Some customers like to figure this out themselves. Others prefer to have this done for them, and just have the final total cost of their order emailed to them.
If you would like to work out your actual cost estimate before you place your order, simply add up the total weights for the item(s) you want, add in the appropriate ship packaging weight Breakable items must be boxed) and free catalogue (if requested), and check our Canadian rates. Use our online shipping calculator.
Shipping outside of Canada is at actual cost to ship. You choose Airmail (7-10 days) or Surface (2-4 weeks) delivery. Your final ship cost will be included in your emailed order confirmation.
US rates: Letter mail, 0-1kg Parcel, 1kg+ Parcel
International rates: 0-2kg. Shipping for International orders weighing over 2 kg. are dependant on the country shipped to, and must be worked out on an individual basis.

4. I have a coupon or gift certificate. How do I use it?
You can place your order as usual, and simply mention the coupon or gift certificate, including the total and any code or expiry date. If placing your order through our online shopping cart, simply include this info in the text box of the cart.
Your order total will be adjusted, and a new total will be included in your emailed order confirmation.

5. How do I find what I am looking for?
We have several ways to navigate our online catalogue. You can use the floating blue bar across the top of each catalogue page. Each category includes a drop-down menu that will take you right to the product's page.
You can also use the search engine near the top of the left-hand blue column on each catalogue page.
Or, you can go to our Index page, where you will find a list of every single product that we carry, and a direct link to that product's page. There is a teddy bear link to this index near the bottom of each catalogue page.
