1. Change or Cancel an Open Order?
Need to add to, take away from, change the quantity or correct information on an order you just placed? Had a change of heart, change in finances, or a unexpected gift from a friend - and need to cancel your order?
Not a problem! Just write to catherine@borntolove.com and let us know how we can help.
If your order has not already been shipped, we are happy to make any changes, or cancel it if that's what you need.
However, once your order has been shipped, I'm afraid it is too late. If you wanted to add to your order, you will have to make a new one - sorry...
If you wanted to cancel your order, simply refuse it when it comes. Or mark it "Return to Sender", and drop in any mailbox - no postage required.

Did you place an order - only to remember something you wanted? Or would you and a near-by friend like to combine orders and have it shipped to one address to save on costs?
Just let us know! You can place your order in the shopping cart, and leave a note in the text box of any special instructions. Such as "add to order #123456, ship together", etc.
